Rent is currently 1455CHF p/m (inc nebenkosten, but not electricity bill), or 1495CHF p/m with outside parking space (40CHF p/m).
*PLEASE NOTE* The site and apartments are being demolished and redeveloped at some point in 2027, so the expectation is that the lease will expire at some point ~the end of 2026, but the exact date is still being determined. As such, the lease could be viewed as running for ~ a further 1.5 years only (not binding).

The apartment is very light and airy with a nice view. Super well situated, 5 mins from Sihlau Station S4 line, directly on the bike trail which runs to Zurich city. It was last renovated in the ~00's, so it is not new, but everything works as it should.
It is available unfurnished, but I'm looking to leave/sell the the already installed weashing machine for the new tenant (price negotiable). Taking over my internet connection (which is at a very reduced price) is also possible.
