Furnished apartment for sublet (women only) - available from 01.06 (long-term temporary)

I am subletting my fully equipped (except for the mattress) apartment starting June 1st. The sublet is for a minimum of 9 months (until February 2026), with the possibility to extend.

It comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The only thing you would need to arrange is a mattress.

It's located just in front of Milchbuck, with access to 4 tram lines and 3 bus lines, super well connected.

I'm a very tidy person and like my home to stay clean and organized. I'm quite attached to my things, so I'm looking for someone who will take good care of everything - dishes, sofa, plants, and so on - and who won't have many people over.
