This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 320847) We have recently moved into a newly renovated 2.5-room apartment (ground floor) near Irchelpark. The renovation work is still ongoing, but it does not affect our living conditions. For example, the garden work is still to be completed (see photo). The Guggachstrasse bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. As we are expecting a baby in the fall, we are looking for a 3-room apartment or larger with the following features: preferably an old building, with a balcony, central, bright, direct sunlight in the apartment, preferably on the 2nd floor or higher.
