5. A sizeable cellar is avaialable in the basement accessible via a lift. A parking space (possibly electric) can be rented should you need one (discuss with landlord)
6. In a beautiful and much sought after area of Zurich (8055) with excellent transport links: Only 5 mins walk to Triemli tram station; 7 mins walk to Triemli train station; 4 mins walk to Triemli bus station.
