Apartment for rent - 8055 Zürich

Hi,

Due to traveling, I will sublet my furnished 2.5 room apartment with balcony for about 5 months from the end of June to November/December '25.

The apartment is located in a great area, near Heuried. Forests and meadows are not far away, and the heart of the city (HB) can be reached by tram and bus in 10 minutes, or on foot in 20 minutes. It takes half the time to get to the Lochergut area.

For leisure activities, there are sports fields, outdoor swimming pools, etc. Shopping options (Migros, Coop, Aldi, etc.) are a 3-minute walk away. A washing machine & dryer are available in the basement without a fixed washing schedule.
The rent including additional costs is CHF 1800.-, with internet & TV available for CHF 95.-/month if needed.
