Since we have been three for 5 months, we are looking for a larger apartment (3.5 or 4.5 rooms) preferably in 8055, 8045, 8047 or 8003. Our apartment has a large kitchen with space for a dining table and coffee bar, a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with shower & WC. The laundry room is in the basement (2 washing machines, 1 dryer for 8 parties, works very well and uncomplicated, no washing schedule). The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. The garden is for shared use. We are looking for a 3.5 or 4.5 room apartment, necessarily with a balcony or garden seating area. Having a private washing machine would be great, otherwise, one should be able to wash flexibly. Our current rent is CHF 1770.-, but since we have been renting here for a long time, a moderate rent increase with a new rental contract is likely. The landlords are very nice and fair and the neighbors are great.
