Apartment for rent - 8055 Zürich

From August 1st, 2025, my apartment will be free for 1 person. (Women only)

The minimum rental period is 6 months, from August 2025 to January 2026, then a 1-month notice period.

The cozy, spacious and very central apartment is located just a 1-minute walk from the tram, a 1-minute walk from various supermarkets. (9 min. by tram to Lake Zurich)

Upon moving in, 2 months' rent is due. (One month's rent serves as a deposit and will be repaid at the end of the tenancy. In case of premature, abrupt departure, the deposit will be retained as compensation, so please only apply if you actually want to live in the apartment for at least 6 months)

In good weather, the balcony with its large separate kitchen is like an extra room. :) You can work, eat, relax and unwind here in good weather.
