Apartment for rent - 8052 Zürich

We, a young couple, are going on a big trip and would like to sublet our apartment for 18 months.
Rental period is from March 2026 to the end of August 2027
The apartment is lovingly furnished with lots of greenery, has a garden seating area (about 8m2) and is very conveniently located. It is a 4-minute walk to Seebach train station and 12 minutes to Oerlikon train station. The nearest bus stop (Zürich, Himmeri) is a two-minute walk away. We also love the area because you can reach the forest and a vast field in 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment includes a cellar and the laundry room is shared with 5 other parties.
There has never been and will not be smoking in the apartment.
We are looking for a single person or a couple. The apartment is not suitable for shared living with the current room layout.
