The one bedroom studio is available from July 1st. The apartment can be inhabited by only 1 person.
Modern kitchen and bathroom.
Balcony not directly in sunlight, so generally cool.
Basement cellar, very spacious.
Washers and dryers in the basement for use of all.

Quiet neighbourhood and a 3 min walk from the Seebach tram stop. 10 min by bus to the airport.

Swisscaution and similar accepted.
Have to provide document/residence permit, debt collection register no older than 3 months, and payslips (up to 3 months).
Parking space available (not included in rent, and I don't have it, but can be agreed upon with the agency).

I have to sell most of the furniture to the person who gets the apartment (bed, table, chairs, desk mainly), and that is a non-negotiable condition.

I unfortunately only speak English, Italian, Romanian, and Spanish.
