I offer my beautiful, modern 3.5-room apartment in Zurich (near Stettbach train station) for exchange for a smaller apartment.

What I am looking for:
I am 27, a physiotherapist and yoga teacher, and I am looking for a smaller apartment with at least 1.5 rooms, preferably in Zurich or the surrounding area with good public transport connections.
Budget: max. 2,000 CHF warm. A balcony or a quiet place to unwind would be nice, but is not a must.
