While we travel from June 2025 to June 2026, we rent out our modern and exclusive furnished apartment on a temporary basis in Zurich Oerlikon.

The apartment spans three floors with a living area of approximately 100 m² and features large glass fronts on each floor, allowing plenty of natural light. With two fully equipped bathrooms and two spacious balconies, the apartment offers ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. It is stylishly furnished and fully equipped, so you can move in and feel at home right away.

The location is quiet yet central, ideal for city dwellers who appreciate urban living but also want to enjoy the tranquility of an upscale residential area. Public transport (bus stop right outside the door, Bahnhof Oerlikon is 5 minutes away) and shops (Coop & Aldi each 7 minutes walk) are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is available for temporary rent and is particularly suitable for expats, business professionals, or individuals seeking a temporary residence in Zurich. There is a possibility that we will give up the apartment in June 2026 and you could permanently move in. A valid liability insurance and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period, are required. Internet and utilities are included in the price.
