I am leaving my beautiful two-room apartment in Höngg on 01.06.2025. The apartment is located directly at the Wartau stop and is therefore very well connected. The Werdinsel is also very quickly accessible, as is the Meierhofplatz with various supermarkets. The hallway has very beautiful tiles and is relatively large. Through the adjacent room, which I used as a bedroom, a lot of daylight comes into the apartment. The apartment is also in the second row of houses, so you hardly hear anything from the street and it is nicely green all around. In the basement there is a shared laundry room where you can wash very easily and without a washing schedule.

Since I will get my new apartment completely furnished, I will have to leave most of the furniture there. Currently, it is still being clarified what exactly I can take with me, but at least the bed, wardrobe, sofa, shelves in the bathroom, dishwasher, hallway shelf, bedroom shelf, balcony screen and balcony furniture will remain and the deduction is 2300 CHF.
