Apartment for rent - 8047 Zürich

Two beautiful large furnished rooms approximately 18-20 and 20-24 m2 for temporary subletting:
Bedroom with wardrobe, double bed with storage boxes.
Living room with sofa, seating nook, double bed in front of TV, desk + writing chair.
Bathroom with small tub, fully equipped kitchen, 10 m2 balcony.
In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer & bike cellar.
Quiet location on the outskirts of the city, a dream for joggers, 20 minutes to the main station, two supermarkets around the corner.

From August 1st to November 30th, 2025.
I will be briefly on-site for 2-3 days a month in the small 3rd room (checking mail, doing official tasks).
I am nice-open-sociable-funny-creative.

Clean, trustworthy, and respectful person(s) with payment capability without stress preferred.
I would be grateful if someone could water the plants on the balcony 1-2 times a week, please (not visible in the online photos).
My apartment is artistically creative with style and beautiful plants, very cozy, open, positive, life-affirming, "maximalist interior design".
Cleanliness and order in the kitchen and bathroom are important.
Liability insurance is mandatory (no stress, but some crap can always happen).
No pets allowed.
