we are a couple who finally want to move in together and are looking for an apartment in districts 10, 6, 5, or 4. The apartment in Wipkingen would be perfect, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed there - and since we have a dog, it is unfortunately not an option.

Therefore, we are offering two apartments in exchange for a new apartment.

The first apartment (this one in the listing) is 74 square meters, has 3.5 rooms, has been freshly renovated, is very bright, has a large balcony, and is located in a quiet neighborhood - only a 2-minute walk from Affoltern train station. There are numerous blue parking zone spaces in the area, and it is never a problem to find a parking space.
