Hey, we (Tobi&Vera) would like to move to a smaller apartment, as we want to reduce our fixed costs.
In our beautiful bright 3-room apartment, we have felt very comfortable, but we realize that we are looking for something smaller to lower our costs and then be able to travel.
The apartment is very well connected to public transport, with the bike we are at the train station and in the city center in 7 minutes. The Brunaupark is within walking distance, where we always like to go for a walk.
There are shopping facilities just around the corner.
The neighborhood is very nice and people get along well, it is quiet and well insulated.
There is a balcony with morning and evening sun.
