Apartment for rent - 8038 Zürich

Hello.
We are renting our quietly located old apartment on the top floor in the beautiful district 2 in Zurich, including all additional costs but without internet.
The apartment is located directly behind the terminus of Tram 7, has 2 balconies, a renovated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, and a renovated bathroom as well.
From the small kitchen balcony and the bedroom, you look out onto the Uetliberg, and the larger balcony in the living room offers you a mini lake view.
Since the apartment is in a noisy old building (at the very top), we wish for 1 or a maximum of 2 quiet subtenants who appreciate the tranquility of the apartment and mutual consideration just as much as we and our neighbors do. The apartment is furnished with the complete inventory shown in the photos.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The subletting period would be flexible to discuss. There is the possibility for 2 months or then directly until at least March 2026.
