I am subletting / looking for a new tenant for my apartment, for a limited period from 1.07.2025 to 30.09.2025.
The apartment will be provided unfurnished. However, upon request and by prior arrangement, I may be able to leave a few items behind / sell directly some furniture. Otherwise, the apartment will be completely empty.

Important: The apartment must be completely cleared out by 30.09.2025, as this is the day the keys will be handed over. The contract will be signed upon agreement with the agency.

• kitchen full of storage closets, oven and dishwasher
• 1 bathroom
• 3 rooms (2 medium, 1 small)
• 1 balcony
• bright and large corridor with wide window

Available for use:
Washing and drying are in the shared coin laundry room. Additionally, a basement storage unit is available and included in the contract.

Nearby:
The neighborhood is peaceful and green, there are many car parkings around (blue lines), the agency rents also some garages nearby, if you're interested.

The apartment is close to the lake (10 min), supermarket Aldi (1 min) and Coop (2 min),

Transport is 1 min away: Butzenstrasse stop for tram 7, bus 70, 184, 185.
