From February to the end of June 2026, we will be traveling and renting our beautiful and family-friendly 4.5 room apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes:

– 22 m2 kitchen and dining area with access to the terrace (balcony with garden seating)
– Parents' bedroom (11m2)
– Children's room (14m2)
– Children's room or office (12 m2)
– 6m2 bathroom with bathtub
– 3m2 bathroom with shower
– Entrance with wardrobe

In the courtyard, there is a playground with a sandbox and climbing frame.
In the house and the neighboring houses, there are many children between 1 and 12 years old, and the atmosphere is very family-oriented.

Due to the furnishings and the environment, we would like to rent the apartment to a young family looking for a transitional solution in Zurich for 5 months.
We are currently still flexible with the start and end date of the sublease.
