2 Room Apartment for Sublet - 2 Month Term from June 1 to July 31 2025

I am subletting my apartment for a limited period from June 1st to July 31st 2025 under a sublease agreement.
The apartment will be rented out unfurnished. Upon request and by prior arrangement, I may be able to leave a few items behind. Otherwise, the apartment will be completely empty.

Important: The apartment must be completely cleared out by July 31st 2025, as this is the day the keys will be handed over. The sublease agreement will be signed directly between me and the selected tenant.

Available for use:
Washing and drying are free of charge in the shared laundry room. Additionally, a basement storage unit and part of the attic are available for storage upon request.
