We are renting our 120sqm loft apartment in Zurich Wipkingen for subletting from July 12 to October 18, 2025. The apartment is perfectly suited for a single person or a couple and is fully furnished. It also offers its own washing machine, dryer, and a private garden seating area (with the option to garden if desired). The loft apartment has its own entrance, a large kitchen, a spacious living area, and a bedroom. We do not want to rent out the children's room and will use it as storage. The rent is already inclusive of internet, television, Serafe, and electricity.
