The location is ideal, you can reach Wipkinger Bahnhof, the Limmat, and the recreational area Käferberg in just a few minutes on foot. A bus stop is 100m away. Coop and Migros are also within a few minutes' walk.

The modern kitchen has a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer are located in the shared laundry room.
