Apartment for rent - 8032 Zürich

This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 345598) I have been living in the apartment for several years and actually love it - but I am slowly open to a change of scenery. The apartment is located in a quiet side street near the art museum and has a balcony. Despite the central location, the view is very green and it is only a 10-minute walk to the lake. You can reach Niederdorf in 5 minutes. Due to the central location, I can walk almost everywhere. For what the apartment offers and where it is located, the rent is absolutely fair. In return, I am looking for a bright apartment, preferably with a balcony or terrace, which can also be somewhere on the edge of the forest. It would definitely need at least 2 rooms. Otherwise, the "vibe" just has to be right :)
