1-room apartment for rent. As I will be doing an exchange from the beginning of August to the end of December due to my studies, I am looking for a subtenant who is looking for a place to stay in Zurich for five months. The apartment is centrally located at Hegibachplatz/botanical garden.

In addition to the apartment, there is a rooftop terrace for all tenants with a view over the botanical garden, up to the lake, as well as storage options for bicycles.
The apartment will be sublet furnished, with a piano, but without the plants. The furniture includes a bed, shelves, an armchair, a desk (including a chair), a kitchen table/stools, as well as household furniture for the kitchen.

There is the possibility to take over a Wifi subscription.
The rent will be paid in full in advance.
