The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Hirslanden Clinic (2min), University Hospital Balgrist (5min), Schulthess Clinic (4min), and the new Children's Hospital (4min). There is a large shared laundry room including washing machines and dryers. The apartment is very quiet with a nice view of greenery and a small balcony including a table and two chairs.
