I'm vacating my apartment near Zurich HB on June 30, 2025. It is therefore available from July 1, 2025.
This approximately 30-square-meter apartment, renovated three years ago, is close to the city center, universities, the Limmat (a 10-minute walk), forests (Seilbahn Rigiblick, a 5-minute walk), and Stolzewiese Park with its café and festivals (Stolzen Openair). A little further away, but also within walking distance, is Irchel University with its large park, ideal for jogging. Trams 7, 15, 9, 10, and 6, as well as bus 33, are located near the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional (dishwasher and oven).
Plenty of storage space is available under the glass wall.
The bathroom is very pleasant (rain shower). The laundry room is shared and unscheduled.
The house has a large shared terrace on the ground floor (with ping-pong).
The monthly rent is CHF 2,000 + electricity charges depending on your use. The remaining utilities are included in the rent.
It's possible to buy my furniture, depending on your needs/desires.
