Apartment for rent - 8006 Zürich

Hi Everyone,

Located at the 4th floor (no lift), this 1.5 loft apartment is beautiful. Super bright open spaces: entrance, big living room with a fire place, and kitchen (with dishwasher) are in the main part of the apartment. 2 bathrooms (washer included) and the bedroom also in the main floor.
The top floor has a big open space, also with big windows and the view from the 2 sides of the street, including the Alpes. Space is perfect for an office, or a spare bedroom.
Another big highlight is the huge bathtub, and the floor heatings are perfect for the winter.

The whole apartment has a very cool modern design and location is great: it's at 1706 Zurich - 20 mins walking to HB, and with trams 11 and 14, it's only 7 mins. Also only 10 mins walking distance from Letten.

Furniture: I bought most of the furniture 2 years ago, so looking for someone to buy some of it, but for a honest price.

When: To take over from Aug or end July.
