I am leaving Zurich and looking for someone to take over my cosy Studio in Limmaplatz, 3min walk to Letten and 7min walk to HB !

The Studio has one corridor/entrance with huge dressing storage, one kitchen equipped with 2 induction and a fridge/freezer and one living room/bedroom. Bathroom/WC has a shower and a window. There is a shared washing machine and dryer with the property, with no fixed schedule :)
Location is amazing, on Langstrasse but quiet (very well sound proofed and on the quiet side - just by Limmaplatz) with excellent access to Zurich HB and the Limmat.
The apartement is not for a couple.
I will forward interested candidates to the agency.
I am willing to sell my furniture (incl. matress and bed in perfect condition, hoover, ikea storage Kallax) and priority will be given to candidates that can take over as well.
Rent 1571- brutto
