I am often traveling for work and privately, so I am looking for a smaller apartment. Important; The apartment is above a club and on weekends you can hear the bass. - that's why you are right in the middle of life. The apartment is 12 minutes on foot from the main station, 5 minutes to the river bath upper Letten. What I love most is that here on the 4th floor the sun shines in all day and the apartment is very bright. The high rooms 2.35 m also give a nice living feeling. There is a balcony in front, great for chilling, and also a small balcony by the kitchen facing the courtyard. There are very nice easy-going people living in the house. Washing machine in the basement without a washing plan. I live rather minimally and would also exchange furniture by arrangement.
