Since we are going abroad for nine months, we are renting our cozy, fully furnished apartment for subletting. The apartment is available from September 1, 2025, at least until the end of May 2026 - with the possibility to extend for 1–2 months.

Top location between Lochergut and Bäckeranlage
Quietly located yet super central: Everything you need (tram, shopping, cafés, parks) is within a few minutes' walk. The house also has a generous rooftop terrace for shared use - perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or having an aperitif with a view.

The apartment is fully furnished - except for the bed mattresses, everything you need for living is available: kitchen, furniture, storage space, household utensils, etc.
