I would like to sublet my flat for a flexible period starting on the 01.05.2025, or by arrangement. Rental period is flexible, ideally until the end of summer, but flexible if you'd like it to be longer or shorter.

It's a beautifully lit apartment in the heart of Kreis 4. It has a balcony and there's a very big communal roof terrace that can be used. it can get noisy on weekends, so people who are very sensitive to noise should be aware of that. Though it's located in a modern building that's well insulated from the noise.

Well located close to supermarkets, the main station and a short walk from the river.

The flat is furnished and the utilities (WiFi, heating and electricity) are included in the rent.
