We are Stephi and Sabrina and we are exchanging our small charming old apartment for a slightly larger apartment.

We offer a small charming apartment in K4 and are looking for a larger apartment to exchange. Currently, we live in a bright and spacious 50 m² apartment (two bedrooms, small living room, bathroom, and kitchen) on Kanonengasse (District 4). Although it is centrally located surrounded by many bars, restaurants, and nightlife options, the apartment is in a quiet courtyard.

Since the apartment has become too small for us as a shared flat, we would like to exchange it for a larger apartment, ideally 3-3.5 rooms, preferably in a quiet central location in Zurich. We are open to any districts, what is important for us: good bike accessibility.

Location:

The apartment is located on Kanonengasse, which is busy during rush hours, but otherwise quiet. Located: Helvetiaplatz towards Europaallee, next to the barracks area and on the other side, there is a lovely courtyard with a restaurant. Various Coops on Langstrasse and other shopping options as well as many public transport options are just a few minutes' walk away. The Europaallee and the train station are only 7 minutes on foot. Perfect for enjoying city life and relaxing evenings at home, in the summer garden, or in bars.

Apartment:

The many windows ensure a light-flooded apartment on the 4th floor. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are small but fine. There is a storage room in the attic. A washing machine with a washing plan and a drying room are located in the basement.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a larger apartment (3-3.5 rooms) that better suits our needs, preferably centrally located in Zurich, with a balcony and at least 65m2.

Ideally with a balcony, in a residential area, bright, optimal: dishwasher and good bike accessibility.

The current apartment costs 2,140 CHF.
