Since we have a new addition to the family, we would like to exchange our beautiful 3.5-room apartment at Goldbrunnenplatz for a larger apartment.

Our apartment:
3.5 rooms on the 4th floor.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a gas stove, and there is enough space for a table to seat 3-4 people. The kitchen leads directly to the balcony which faces the courtyard.
There are two bedrooms with wooden floors and a third larger room that serves as a living room. There is a built-in wardrobe in the hallway.
Garden in the courtyard with table and grill for shared use.
Cellar compartment. Washing machine, dryer, and drying room for shared use in the cellar. No washing plan, first-come-first-serve (works quite well, is often free)

We are looking for:

At least a 3.5-room apartment with 90 m^2 or more up to a maximum of 4000.- in districts 1,2,3,6,7,8,10, Oberengstringen, Kilchberg. Preferably near a river or lake:)
