I am looking for a nice 3.5 or 4.5 room apartment, with a balcony and in a central location in the city for a maximum of 2000.- for 3.5 or 3000.- for 4.5 rooms.

I offer a beautiful 3.5 room old building apartment right by Idaplatz. The apartment has parquet flooring, a great balcony with a view of Idaplatz, and a beautiful corner room with morning sun. The amenities include a private washing machine & dryer as well as a kitchen and bathroom with 70s charm ;)

Despite the very central location, it is relatively quiet. I am very reluctant to leave this apartment mainly because of its great location, but after all these years, I wish for a change of scenery :)
