I am subletting my centrally located, very bright apartment in Wiedikon in July and August. Quietly located, Albisriederplatz, Fritschwiese and Friedhof Sihlfeld in immediate vicinity.

Three rooms, plus a modern kitchen and a small bathroom, fully furnished, including fiber internet, TV, sound system, turntable, etc.

Additionally, if needed, a parking space for a vehicle is included in the rental price.

I prefer to rent to people who appreciate the apartment and location.
