Apartment for rent - 8001 Zürich

Starting on the 1st of July 2025, I am offering my 3-room apartment in Zurich's Old Town for sublet. This charming old building apartment is spread across two separate living areas and is located in a lovely, family-friendly neighborhood. The communal rooftop terrace is perfect for hosting cozy BBQ evenings on a regular basis.

The monthly rent is CHF 2,898.- and includes all additional costs (including internet), except for electricity. Electricity is billed quarterly by EWZ on an advance payment basis at CHF 135.- per quarter (equivalent to CHF 45.- per month).

As I will be working abroad for an indefinite period, I am looking for a subtenant (individual or multiple) for at least three months. Ideally, I would like to rent out the apartment unfurnished for a minimum of one year. For shorter rental periods, a furnished sublet is also possible. Due to the layout, the apartment is particularly well-suited for a single person or a couple.
