We are renting out our lovely 3.5 room apartment in Lausanne starting from August 1st (01.08.2025).

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building located at Couchirard Street 8 and consists of the following:

- 2 bedrooms (one facing east and one facing west)
- A closed kitchen
- A living room leading to the balcony
- A bathroom with WC
- A separate WC
- A large balcony

The apartment overlooks the lake and the Jura mountains. It is next to the Coop and the Prélaz bus stop (Bus 7, 18, 19). 10 minutes from the Montelly stop of the M1, and the Malley train station. 15 minutes on foot from Chauderon square. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Valency park.

Two viewings are scheduled:

- Wednesday, June 18 from 6 PM to 7 PM
- Friday, June 20 from 6 PM to 7 PM

The rent is 1940 CHF per month, including charges.

Some furniture from the living room, the kitchen cupboard, and the bathroom dresser can be taken.

If you are interested, you can already come with your solvable and complete files during the visit, otherwise, you can send them to us after the visit.

- Last 3 payslips (minimum salary of 3 x 1,940 CHF per month)
- Extract from the debt collection register
- Proof of rental guarantee (swisscaution or bank statement)
- Identity papers or residence permit
