Important notes:
✅ Whoever takes over the apartment from July 1, 2025 will take over the existing rental contract under the current conditions. ⚠️ No repair or renovation work will be carried out – the apartment will be handed over in its current condition (no painting work, etc.). Move-in is possible from June 26!

The apartment has already been terminated by the end of July 2025. A rental relationship from August 1, 2025, would run directly through the management.
