Each apartment comes with a private outdoor area (terrace or loggia). In addition to the bathroom and kitchen with standard facilities, the apartments have their own washing machines and dryers. A private cellar compartment is also available.
Special emphasis is placed on high-quality and environmentally friendly materials in the interior design: real parquet flooring, mineral paints on the walls, and cellulose for thermal and sound insulation.
