The living room is equipped with a sofa with pull-out function and a sitting area with dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen adjacent to the living room offers all the facilities you need to prepare a delicious meal. The final cleaning for stays longer than 30 days is CHF 200.00 and we require a rental deposit of CHF 2000.00 for monthly stays. The Serafe radio and TV tax is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.
