Good connections to the center (15 minutes with line 7), Oerlikon, and Stettbach.

The rent is currently 2363 CHF per month including additional costs. Option to choose between a deposit (3 months) or insurance (about 300 CHF per year).

The apartment will be cleaned by a moving company before you move in.

I am leaving the apartment because I am moving to Lugano. I would like to leave some furniture for free, but I will take most of it with me.
