The flat is located at Konradstrasse 71, 8005 Zurich, between Zurich HB and the tram stop Museum für Gestaltung.
The floor area is 27 m² (with ceiling height over 2 meters) and 44 m² when including the sloped-ceiling areas. It is on the 4th floor, without elevator. There are 2 large washing machines and driers to share in the basement.
The flat is bright, well laid out, and ideally located.
Rent: CHF 1671 per month, including utilities.
Available from June 16, 2025 (no other possible date)
Pets are in principle not allowed. The apartment is not furnished.
