A 2.5-room apartment will be available in Westhof from August 1, 2025. The bright 2.5-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a private balcony. This is directly adjacent to the covered walkway accessible to all tenants, which connects the main building to the opposite communal roof terrace. A built-in wardrobe and a built-in cupboard offer additional storage space. The bathroom is characterized by its large windows. Westhof is a 5-minute walk from Stettbach train station. The Westhof settlement is a project of the owners palmahus ag and Wogeno Zurich and has several areas used jointly by the tenants: an inner courtyard, a roof terrace, a planting garden, and a multi-purpose hall. The cooperative approach chosen in the project development continues in the settlement's co-living. Tenants can get involved in Westhof and help shape their living environment. Decisions regarding the communal areas are made in the Westhof community association. Westhof contributes to the promotion of ecological, social, and building standards. It is tested and certified according to the SNBS label (Standard Nachhaltiges Bauen Schweiz) and the Minergie standard. The tenants in Westhof mostly live car-free.
