All the furniture is brand new, purchased in January 2025, and the apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready.

• 15 minutes to Zurich HB
• 10 minutes to Bahnhof Wollishofen and Lake Zurich

Right in front of the building is the Sihl river, ideal for walking, cycling, or running. Behind the river lies the Uetliberg, offering direct access to nature while still being close to the city center.
