As all three of us are moving to new cities, we are reluctantly giving up our wonderful apartment in the heart of Zurich and are looking for a new tenant for the limited rental period from July 1st (flexible and can be arranged a bit later) until at the latest November 15, 2025, or if needed only until September 30, 2025. A renovation is planned for mid-November.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers space, light, and old building flair. Two balconies and practical built-in wardrobes make it a true feel-good place.

Location that couldn't be more central: Located between Kafi Schnaps, Schaffhauserplatz, and Limmat, you can reach Limmatplatz, various shopping options (Denner, Migros & Co.) and the vibrant Zurich in just a few minutes on foot. Despite the urban location, the apartment is quiet – a retreat with city connection.

The apartment can be rented unfurnished or furnished – furniture pieces can be taken over as desired after consultation – ideal for anyone who wants to move in quickly and easily.
