We are renting a beautiful, bright 3 1/2-room apartment in Schmerikon from July 15, 2025, until May 2026.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator available) and even has a lake view.

Since we will be renovating this apartment in the summer of 2026 (new water pipes, new bathroom), the rental agreement is limited until May 2026 (and that is why the rent is so low). There may be the possibility to rent the apartment again after the renovation (we expect about 2-3 months of construction time).

Dogs are not allowed.
