The guest bedroom, corridor, and living room are equipped with practical built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is connected to the living room via a practical serving hatch. A natural stone floor is laid in the corridor. In the back part of the apartment, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment includes a cellar and a ski box in a separate ski room. In furnished condition, the rent increases by 70 CHF per month. The spacious garage box can be rented for an additional 150 CHF per month.

Location

The apartment has a unique location, adjacent to the congress center, the wellness and adventure pool "eau-là-là", as well as the local recreation area Kurpark with the sports center and ice rink behind it. The cross-country ski trail and the cross-country center "Dario Cologna" are within a short walking distance. Various shopping options, restaurants, and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, there is the possibility to sublet the apartment during the WEF through the landlord, thereby substantially reducing the rent.

Move-in Date

If the apartment is rented in furnished condition, it can be moved into from June 1, 2025, otherwise from July 1, 2025. Renting for use as a second home is permitted.
