The apartment with balcony (24m2 usable area) is located on the first floor of a quiet multi-family house and is at ground level due to the hillside location. In front of the balcony is a small meadow. The nearly new apartment furnishings are bright and friendly. The high-quality sofa bed is designed for daily use. It also has a 32-inch flat-screen TV from Samsung. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with two cooking zones and an extractor hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. In 2020, the facade was energetically renovated, and in 2021, oak parquet was laid in the living area. In 2022, the sink and mirror cabinet were replaced (not yet visible in the photos).

The apartment is unsuitable for two people as there are no retreat options (unless you consider the wet room as a retreat oasis). It is only a few minutes' walk to Migros-Symondspark or Denner. There are two bus stops to the Parsennbahn and four to the Jakobshornbahn.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and has clothes lines. Thanks to the dry air in Davos, laundry dries in a maximum of one and a half days. There are no fixed washing days. When the washing machine is free, you sign up on a list and indicate by when you will be finished washing. A cellar compartment with shelves is also available.

The rent is 1,030 CHF per month including additional costs. The rental price includes a cable TV and internet subscription. Additional costs arise for electricity, garbage bag fees, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Long-term tenants and non-smokers are preferred. The rental period must be at least one year.
