We are renting a 5.5-room apartment in our own house section in the village center of Fehraltorf for temporary use. The limited rental agreement is expected to end on June 30, 2026, due to the demolition of the rental property.
Access is via a separate house entrance with a forecourt. On the ground floor, there is an entrance area (wardrobe) with access to the garage, the cellar, and the laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The garage has an automatic door and space for a car.
The main staircase leads to the 1st floor, with kitchen, dining and living room, balcony, and separate toilet.
The kitchen impresses with a ceramic glass stove, a large refrigerator (with freezer), oven, many cabinets and drawers, and a stone floor.
Another highlight is the fireplace in the living room. The balcony is covered. The living and dining rooms have laminate flooring.
The 2nd floor consists of a bathroom with a large bathtub and a shower with glass doors, mirror cabinet, and exhaust fan.
The rental property is completed by two children's rooms and a bedroom.
The rent is gross including additional costs Fr. 2,585.-.
Fehraltorf is located in the Kempttal, northwest of Pfäffikon and is the gateway to the Zurich Oberland. The municipality borders the district capital Pfäffikon, the municipalities of Russikon and Volketswil, as well as the cities of Uster and Illnau-Effretikon. With public transport (S3 train), the journey to Winterthur takes only 20 minutes. Zurich can be reached by car in 26 minutes or also by S3. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
