Apartment available immediately.
A parking space is available for 150 CHF/month (indoor).
The cost of the apartment is 900 CHF/month + 150 CHF/month for flat rate expenses (no adjustment).
A deposit of 3 months' rent including advance expenses totaling 3150 CHF via bank transfer is mandatory (or Firstcaution, no other deposit guarantee insurances are accepted).
For those unfamiliar with Firstcaution, it is a deposit guarantee insurance that costs around 200/250 CHF/year and replaces the deposit guarantee equal to 3 months' rent (avoiding paying it via bank transfer).
Minimum annual contract.

No subletting or Airbnb accepted.
It is not possible to install a washing machine in the apartment.
Pets not accepted.
Those without a work contract are not accepted.

There is a communal laundry with scheduled times.
