Hey, I'm Phoebe and I will be traveling the world in August 2025 and I'm looking for someone to take over my spacious modern room in a 3-person shared apartment. Would you like to move in immediately or would you prefer the beginning of August? Then I'm ready to make the handover as pleasant as possible :) Your room is 15.5 sqm large, with a balcony door that fills your room with light. You also have your own bathroom just two steps from your room, with a shower and toilet. A whole basement compartment just for you, so there's no shortage of storage space. Do you need furniture? Then you are welcome to take mine for a small surcharge :) The entire 5.5 room apartment has 138 sqm. You will find two balconies, with morning and evening sun. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with a toaster, air fryer, kettle, and coffee machine. The living room and dining room are also ready for your movie marathons or delicious meals. You can wash laundry directly in the apartment without having to walk up stairs, we also have a great laundry tower. The St. Fiden train station is 4 minutes away on foot, so you can quickly get to St. Gallen. A bus stop right in front of the apartment (Lindenhof) also takes you directly to the heart of St. Gallen, perfect for students ;) The Silberturm is just a few minutes away as well as a large Migros. Your roommates would be two guys in their early 20s and two playful cats. They are often out and about on their motorbike but also at home with friends. It never gets loud in the shared apartment because home parties are not really their thing.
